by stopping by the Parish Office to fill out the registration form. You'll need
to know the following about yourself and any other household members:

You can register with St. Francis of Assisi
regardless of how you answer the questions above. The personal information
gathered is kept confidential and is used to serve you better. We look forward
to you joining our Catholic community and family just like many others do each
month.
You may pick up your welcoming
packet (which includes registration) at the Rectory after all Masses on the
weekend or Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM.

that you are not registered into the parish until you come into the rectory with
