Legion of Mary

The Legion of Mary – a lay apostolic association of Catholics whose priority is the spiritual and social welfare of each individual.

Members participate in the life of the parish by visiting families, home-bound parishioners, and the sick in their homes or in hospitals and nursing homes, and by collaborating  in the apostolic and missionary undertakings sponsored by the Parish.

Our Lady Queen of Peace Presidium (St. Francis of Assisi Auxiliary Members) meets every Friday afternoon at 1:30 PM in Rectory Chapel.
Auxiliary Members commit to praying the prayers of the Tessera (a small pamplet) each day, as well as five decades of the rosary.  The prayers of the Tessera may be said together or divided throughout the day.  The Legend recommends that you offer your prayers as an unreserved gift to Our Lady.

We invite anyone who is interested in being an active member or an auxiliary member, to attend one of our meetings.
